The professionally designed new facility includes a spacious barn with oversized stalls and attached paddocks, an efficient fly-free system, large grooming bays with overhead hoses, a luxurious lounge and restroom, and a spacious tack room with floor-to-ceiling lockers. At Sutton Place, you will not miss a day of riding due to adverse weather! Each of the 14' x 16' stalls has a large, well-drained attached paddock with fiber footing that leads into a larger, gated paddock for several hours’ worth of daily turnout. The covered round pen can be utilized for both lunge work and riding. The meticulously-maintained 10-acre property has a perimeter bridle path. Full service and care barn including: grooming, laundry, blanketing, tack cleaning, routing clipping, vet and shoer appointments. Various dressage training packages are available for horse and rider with successful Grand Prix trainer and competitor Tanya Vik. Regular clinics on site with European dressage masters. |
